Not yet received my certificate, pin, previllage pack

This is to inform you that i am a founder club member of amsure (joint venture of MNYL & AMWAY)

i have an policy of proposal no: 550244222 and an amount of Rs. 15000 yearly premium since 20 jan. company promise to give me a founder club member certificate, pin and a previllage pack of the products.

but till date i didn't received.

i therefore request you to do the needfull urgently which is already got much delayed.
