Sir I purchased an ice cream of amul swirl magic of 750 ML for Rs 75 from your store reliance fresh ltd
sco 12, 13 & 14 shaheed bhagat singh nagar ludhiana vide bill no 0137 dt 14 may.when I opened the box to serve my guests I found the less quantity of ice cream approx 300 ML only. I told to shree narendra singh over phone no 0161-4645507 about the situation. He assured me to come with bill and box to solve the problem but when I approached there the another person Mr satvir told me that there is no stok of ice cream available so told to come on next day or to deliver over phone. When I went on 16 may the another person Mr Munish has refused to solve my problem.
sir I have your permanent purchase card and purchased over Rs 60, 000 but never face like this problem for an ice cream of Rs 75 only.
please look into the matter and assist to solve my peoblem at your earliest.
