Adultrated milk

We are purchasing milk from door-to-door supplier, who delivers in the morning at following address:

Vidya nagar SBI Officers's quarters, evershine nagar, malad (w), mumbai. On scrutiny, we found that the packets seems to be re-packed, most probably by adding outside contents to the company packed contents. we are unable to find out the level of adultration and also what we should do. please help us.
