Not receiving the magazines

I had subscribed shanada magazine, but after receiving a few magazines late by a week (atleast), they have stopped sending the magazines all together, the guy sitting at the office, subhash refuses to take any action against the complaints.

i beleieve he is just selling the magazines at open market.

i have all the necessary proofs and correspondences regarding the same.
