Non delivery of refill cylinde

Hi

The Bharat Gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 hours of booking. But I am amazing about this poor service.

I had booked a cylinder refill as per followings on 19th October:

Order No. :368508

Consumer No. 10791

Name: Sheo Sahai Maurya

Name of Distributor: ANAND GAS SERVICE

Till date I haven't received the cylinder. It is very irritating to book a cylinder thru telephone because they don't picks the phone or the voice comes like "dialled number is busy please dial after sometime", the entire day it comes. I don't know how to do this. Its crazy. They have 2 numbers - 011 26947332, 26945691. If the online booking can't work then why this service is in process. Please suggest what to do?
