Gas not delivered from last 40 days

Hi, I have not received gas from Anant Gast Agencies since last 40 days. I have booked the Gas so many times through automated booking system over phone during this period but i havent received the gas yet. Even I visited the anant gast agenecies and they told me that I will get the gas on Monday 3rd Oct but till now I havent received. Also nobody is picking the phone.

Now what can I do to get the gas.
