Iam N. Dwarakanath Contact No. 9390018301, have been to Andhra Bank ATM at Chikadpally, Opp. Venkateshwara Swamy Arach Gate for withdrawal of cash through my Punbaj National Bank Debit Card, ihave also mentioned the amount in that unfortunately there was an power off. my card was got struck in ATM machine i have stayed at ATM for 45min. until power comes. up on the power comes my card could not came back. from there it self i have spoken to ATM Monitoring Department, Customer Care People & CMS Mr. Bharath Ph. No. 9949274526, for helping me out how to get back the card and procedure as i am going to Out of Station to Cuddapha.
But the people at of ATM Monitoring Department and Customer Care Services response is very very poor and disgusting, they were saying why did you inserted the PNB card in Andhra Bank and they were saying that it was my fault to use the ATM Machine of Andhra Bank and up on i said it is very urgent required for me then they were saying iam not going to get back my card, they were saying apply a new card. Is this the way the Customer wants service from the customer care. Being an such a popular banking sector in this competitive market. providing an such a disgusting and poor customer care services may get an very improper and worthy less services remarks on your Banking.
Also i would like to make an statement that, why these ATM's are running without proper infrastructure. Is this to make face the problem to the customer. AND IF THIS SO, PEOPLE WILL LOOSE FAITH ON ANDHRA BANK FOR POOR SERVICES AND FACILITATES.
As i have also checked with the Bankers about balance it was also charged 500/- for which there was no any withdrawal.
As a customer this type nonsense should be demolish and should close those ATM, where there is no proper service is provided to Customer. Providing for the Name sake and making the customer face the problem and not responding when customer is approching these fellows.
