This is a formal complaint for user mobile no. 9833463376, the quality of service received was absolutely worst.

Myself is Amit Shrivastav who had applied for post paid migration. No doubt your services from prepaid to postpaid has been done, but will let you know in brief how it happened,

When I made up my mind to migrate from prepaid to postpaid, I called up at customer care about the recent plans available and when I gave my confirmation on rs.199 plan, the customer care executive promised me, that she will send the executive to collect relevant papers get and within 48 hours it will be done, so don’t take trouble to visit Vodafone gallery.

Thus next day my co-ordination began with Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd executives, they took my residential address, to collect the papers, which as per their scheduled time came to pick up after 3 days. Relevant documents and a cheque favouring Andromeda of rs.399/- handed over.

After 10-12 days not getting any response, I again and again called in customer care for such delay, but the executives were not able to help me out as Andromeda is a third party (agent) of Vodafone, for which they neither have their database and contact no.

After tracing the no from receipt duly received by Andromeda and questioning about the delay, their reply gave me utter surprise that my application has been rejected, as Vodafone executive was not able to trace my residence. This I cannot swallow it as earlier one executive had already collected the documents from my residence – This is nothing but a blunder excuse.

After struggling with the follow up and firing them they again rescheduled vodofone executive for residence proof, which he also came after 5 days. In the meanwhile my Sim card was locked for this conversion. After 7 days I got my new SIM Card activated by my own personal endeavors through vodofone gallery.

Even after receiving such a wonderful service, Andromeda executives again blocked my sim card for whatever reasons by their own presumptions again, this was also very ridiculous. Even for this I had made my personal endevour to get it re- activated.

Thus after 25 days my prepaid to post paid migration got completed.

After being received such a wonderful service I have some allegation on vodofone

1) I was directed to Andromeda by vodofone, thus if Andromeda don’t posses professionalism why vodofone is directing their customers to have such a nonsense experience.

2) Conversion cheque got cleared within three days but no reply of application got rejected on ground of residence proof, it was after my follow up 2nd visit for residence proof got rescheduled.

3) My Sim card kept blocked for more than 10 days, this was really frustrating. To let you know I am working as a FINANCE MANGER in one of the 400 crores turnover export company, thus by your grace I was not connected to my overseas buyer and anybody. This pain was worst experiencing, felt like to hit a bullet in head of all those person involved.

4) Last but not the least, after personal intervention of myself for getting my card activated, Andromeda executives deactivated it on their own free will.

I believe Vodafone Essar is a multinational company, how can they work with such reluctance like this. This is really a mockery on ground of customer service, The work which was promised to be done within 48 hours actually got completed after 25 working days.

Still I was not left by Andromeda causeless mercy – just yesterday one executive called me for confirmation that whether I had received the SIM card or not. I fired him like anything.

I believe customer is the king of the market. This experience gave me a sheer push up to discontinue Vodafone from henceforth. Correct me if I m wrong.

But now as the service has been started I request you to take strict actions from your part on all these executives involved in these loopholes, who had wasted my precious time and energy.

Hope will not face such an experience again, if it happened then will say good bye to Vodafone and won’t mind to publish it also.
