Respected Sir,
I Kshitij Ganesh Chauhan. I am ex-employee of your company. I worked in Andromeda Marketing Pvt. Ltd as a Tele Marketing Executive for a Citi bank Creditcard process. My date of joining is 24.Mar.2009.I just disturb you because still now I did not get my salary for the month of June. Reason for holding my salary they given that you have not come to office for 1 day.and for this Process Manager (Atul Dolus) make me write one apologize letter. I wrote apologize letter dt.4.7.2009.But Sir that day lots many staff not come to office.
I wait for 6 and 7 days then at DT.15.7.2009 when I ask for my June salary. I first ask to my Team leader (Amir Sir). He refused me by saying that i dont know any thing and said that ask to Process Manager (Atul sir). When I ask Atul Sir he first shouted me then said I am busy now. I will talk to you later.afterward Atul sir said that in which mouth you are asking for salary cheque you have not done any sale today. When you will do 12 sale in one day I will give you salary in your hand at that day.
Sir this is not way to make employee work by holding there hard earn money. I am poor girl still now I am not inform my parents about this.By knowing this they will hurt. And they are not here. My parents are in native places. I alone looking after my home. Sir help me.
DT.16.7.2009 I am not gone to office when they call me I said give my salary. They say change your behaviour and sit in home only.
Sir I am requesting to you that pls issue my salary cheque for the month of June.2009.
