My handset is not working properly and they don't have parts to repair it. So, they can only exchange it. But when i asked the vendor to do so. They are asking for the mobile box which was provided at the start. To my surprise, this was not mentioned when i purchased the handset. They just said that bring the handset, we will replace it. This is very disgusting on part of a service provider such as reliance.
