PF WITHDRAWAL IS STILL PENDING

I am PRASHANT SHARMA.My application for withdrawal of my Provident Fund (Account number HR/GGN/28934/85) has not been processed yet. The necessary formalities (submission of form 10 and 19C) have been fulfilled by previous organisation 'ANINDUS CONSULTANT PVT LTD' (Hanging floor between tower c & d, DLF cyber green, DLF cyber city, phase-3, Gurgaon) in the month of July and I have received my confermation slip in the month of feburary 2009.I am However, I am yet to recieve my provident fund. In addition, the EPF website does not acknowledge the receipt of my application. I am sending my spil along with this mail kindly find the attachment...!!! I am very thankful to you
