Sites are not opening

I have opened a new account in Feb 09. From feb 09 to 5 april 09, it was working smoothly but afetr this time, it is not going good.

As i open the connection, it will not open the sites for 30-35 minutes. After 30-35 minutes, it will satrt the process with slow speed.

i request u to consider my case and take necessary action.
