Anjana Movers and Packers
Damaged and late delivery

I had moved my car, TV, Cobe cotton box of clothes and one suitcase from hyderabad to bangalore on 15/03/09 through Anjana Movers and Packers. They promised me to deliver the car by a week and other materials by maximum 3 days

Prakash, Ravinder jain had collected the items from my home

The car reached bangalore within 3 days and he didnt deliver me till sunday ie 21/03/09 as there was some financial issues among them

Every day he was calling me and promising me to deliver on that day and didnt and the person who took the delivery and responsiblity (prakash) didnt pick the call till Monday 21/03/09

When i told them i will complaint the police Ravinder jain spoke rashly go and complaint " will the police deliver you your items"

Now i have got my car but my other items reached me on Monday 21/03/09 but the TV is fully damaged

I have called Prakash and informed him, I am not sure what action they are going to take

I am very upset with the service. I really want to make a comlaint and would expect the reimbursement for my damage from the courier company
