Non-reciept of Certificates (MA English)

I had passed M.A. ENGLISH (E.M.) conducted by Annamalai university in May with Register number - 013M09086X10377 and roll number - 35479.Even though the result was declared many months ago, they did not send me marklist, provisional certificate etc. I have mailed mailed many complaints to them many times, but no feedback yet.
