Non receipt of original certificates

I passed my "PG Diploma in Material Management" from Annamalai University in Sept. thru distance learing, bearing Roll No.0330500464 & Registration no.033M0741P00586. But till date I have not received Original Diploma Certificate and Mark Sheet from the University, even after having written to them & several telecoms.
