Showing ABSENT in the exam which I have given

Dear Sir,

My NAme is Arti Singh and I was Doing BSC Hotel MAnagement & Tourism Studies. My Enrollment No.is 6610700098.

I have written all my Exams But the result showed me ABSENT in F&B Management & Project Work.

Also, Still I have not received my MArk Sheets.

I had left my Job to write these exams... And today I am Blank about what to do, I am not able to Decide anything. Would have sent atleast 10 mails but there is no reply from university... Also, Most of the times Phone is not Picked up, and when picked up AAttendants can Speak only Tamil... So, I am not even able to tell them my PRoblem...

I am helpless today... Please Reply
