Dear Sirs,

I am using your card for the past 10 years (approx).

I have no habit of paying panalties or EMI s. I use the card always as a convenience of payment. I never have drawn cash on your card. During the past years other BANKS are also offering the cards with better limits and charging no ANNUAL FEE, for the life time.

I would like to know whether you are in position to extend the concession to me? if not I would like to surrender the card, as I am already holding GLOBAL corporate card.
