Dear Customer care manager, 01/07/11

Ref. my recent mail to you dated 28/06, till date no corrective measures statement received by me from your end. As a gentleman nature i have dropped an A/C payee

Cheque no - 429359 dated 01/07 of S.B.I amounting of Rs. 6234 = 09 out of your claiming statement (June '11) Rs. 6785 = 59. Where I have deducted of Rs. 551=50 against illegal claim of yearly charges & service tax etc. My organisation (The ASIAN FRONT OF HUMAN RIGHTS) already asked me for submitting proper documentation and I have submitted accordingly. But It is lying just for my final intimation.

You are therefore once again reminded you to response within 04/07.

You may well aware about my recent mail where I have proposed to you to adjust my reward points, in this statement in terms of money and after adjust please send this bill accordingly. But unfortunately neither you adjusted the award points, nor responded me reason behind it. You are well aware that an application is an official ethics which carries severe important matters related to Customer services. I think this is enough for a responsible official person.

Another important matter is according to your official declaration written documents SBI Gold & More Card first year Annual Fee = NIL, Second year and onwards Annual fee would be levied only if Total Annual spends for the last year are less than Rs. 50, 000/- .

See, My card received by me on 31/05/10 from your end. My total transaction through this card above Rs. 1, 60, 000/- . So, there is no question of Annual fee as well as GST (Rs. 551 = 50). Same way your official claims in the statement dated 15/07/10. My Fax dated 28/07/10 (Fax no - 0124 - 2567131) where my

I being a bonafied card holder it is my every right to object / raise quiry such type of sensitive and financial involvement matters.
