Domain name dispute

I have registered few domain names with anupam infotech (poddar point, kolkata), i have been with them for last five year, at present there support is limited, they are unable to help me on technical issues, so i got webhosting hosting from another kolkata company.

now they are not transfering my website domain name and they are charging me Rs. 2000 - Rs. 3000 for each domain, whereas all other providers are charging around Rs. 400 - 600, they have also changed contact information on my domain name, i am unable to get my domain transfered with them.
