Net banking not accessing

Sir,

I request for Internet banking facility two months before but not at all the facility activated till now. The ID and password which I received is not opening the net banking facility. It says contact your nearest branch.

Our branch staff told me 'you request throug mail only.

What I do?

I am also send the acan copy of request through mail today 29-9
