I sent a lic form to my son to get duly signed from him to revive the lic policy on 03rd n Nov from Pune to a place which is 45 miles away from Boston in U.S.A. to North Andover01845, but to my surprise it has not been received by him. I am totally disappointed with the service rendered by the post office. Most surprising thing..is that after 11 days of despatch also I don't know how much time it will take to reach to him. can anyone help me to resolve my complaint. the article no is EM 377527295 IN.
