I placed a service request (# C1-1205583626) on APC (hyderabad) almost a week back. An engineer came from one of the company's local partners the next day, but had no clue what was wrong. Am following up with the company ever since by calling almost every day -but their apathetic attitude in getting the servicing done is disgusting.
