Few months back, we login APC to complain about a Home UPS Model HI 800 SQ. They response us and replace the UPS but battery also faulty. The person who replace the UPS told us that we need to complain again for the Battery. We remind several time to Custommer care at Banglore, they quote us the Kolkata contacts, we also contact there. still battery is replace by the company & trying to avoiding the situation...
