I am using cell one connection on behalf of my electricity department. since 17.10.2008 i could not able to dial or receive the calls from my phone in New Malakpet Area. when I am outside this area i receive the calls or i can make calls. please arrange to rectify this problem immediately. my cell no. is 9440813720
