I had recently purchased apc ups rs1000. But after short period, ups get failured & shows massage about requirement of battery replacement.ups model no is BR-100 IN & seriol no is BB0834007494.I am in j&k territory. So, please intimate address, ph no. & e-mail address of your nearest apc ups service centre for quick service. I hope to take you a preferable action on my complaint.
