Dear sir

this is to bring to your notice that im facing problem with my ups model no. BE 650 V-IN, serial no- BB0617044747 and call no-C1-675941862. the actual problem that i face is that when i switch on the ups the MCV of the entire house tends to fall and have been trying since so many days for registering the complaint but i dont get a proper response and to work without the ups doesnt seem to be safe so, kindly take that into consideration and inform me as early as possible
