I booked this packers and movers for delivery of my Household goods from Chennai to Kolkata. They took my goods on 8th of January. The goods were delivered to me in the month of February. But a tv which was part of the consignement did not reach my house. It was a Sony flat tv whose price was Rs. 6200.
Till todays date the tv did not reach us also they did not pay me back the money. They said that the tv is lost and also they did not pay me the money.
