Apex Packers and Movers, gurgaon
My Goods booked for transportation in september not delivered till now

I did not receive my goods which i sent through APEX packers and Movers from Gurgaon to Bangalore, it was a single big carton box i sent on 11th of September from Gurgaon. Till now which is about more than a month no delivery has happened. I keep calling Mr. Ratan at 9999887852 and 9958632274 but after

at least 60 phone calls also every-time i get the same answer that delivery will

happen the next day. When pushing for delivery all i get is the phone getting cut

or a very RUDE answer saying i can go and tell anyone whom i want and they

will give no details whatsoever. I am undergoing the agony of not receiving the

goods and moreover subject to mental stress and rude behavior by the company

owner even after paying the full amount quoted.

The best thing I would like is my box to be delivered without any loss or damage of goods. If that happen the owner of the company needs to compensate for my

goods.

Also this fraud company functions from two different address. one is what i mentioned above and other is what is mentioned in the bill.
