In my Voter I.D. Card No. NLM0016782, the spelling of my name is written as &-quot;ROJALATA KALEKUDITI" instead of "ROJI LATHA KALEKUDITHI ".

I'm a resident of 4-1-61 Paloncha SIIL Compus post, Khammam dist. A.P. So, I would like to know what is the procedure of changing the wrong spelling as well as surname.
