I have requested the recharge of my virgin Mobile of 100/- at dated 19th June. but they have provided me a coupon serial no. that is not working.
I have mailed them 2-3 times.. their mail response are very poor and also not in time.
And at last i got mail from ApnaBill Team and in that i was told to call their coupon vendor customer care. why i should call their vendors customer-care call center and also their was no proper response. I totally got frustrated with their responses :-

In reality ApnaBill Site Sucks. it not providing recharge facility but creating problems for customer with their improper response and delayed response.
now almost 15 days are over but still my problem is not solved. Seems like ApnaBill had cheated me 100/-. ApnaBill is cheating the people of india in name of recharge of mobiles. Please beware of this kind of site.
