Sir, i am from tanuku, w g dist. i would like to bring to your notice that kakinada depot buses are not coming in to the tanuku bus depot and they are passing through the bypass highway. passengers are forced to wait for the buses on the highway, which is very dangerous. recently an accident has took place on the highway - one mini lorry hited three passengers who are waiting for the bus and they lost their lives. there is no shelter on the highway to wait for the buses. i contacted the traffic inspector of east godavari in the mobile no 9959225526 regarding the same complaint. but he has not responded properly. he said that they will care for the passengers who are boarding between kakinada and ravulapalem. i informed him that i am going to lodge a complaint and he said 'ok you do what ever you want'. i humbly request you to look in to the matter and it should be solved within 7 days of time otherwise i am constrained to lodge a complaint in the consumers forum against apsrtc.
