Travelling in the city bus no: AP 11Z 6652 (222 Koti to Patancheru), at around 9:30 a.m. on 16th June. Got in to the bus at Madhapur and when asked to to stop at Shilpa Park APSRTC stop which was set up recently. He refused to see at the board and after it is passed by he was saying there was no board there and he couldn't see it. When asked for his name he refused to tell his name and started shouting and yelling saying that this bus will not stop at all the stops. I have asked why is he not going to stop the bus when there is a stop. I asked him to stop otherwise I am complaint against him he was reluctant and he said goahead and complaint I am least bothered. He was really rude. Request you to look into this matter and help the apsrtc customers who are not willing to travel in city busses due to such drivers. Thank You.
