Us moving while boarding

I travel daily from gachibowli to mehdipatnam via ordinary apsrtc buses. We all know that boarding a moving bus is dangerous, but what else can be done if the stupid driver is just not ready to stop the bus at the bus stop. Many people board the bus the signal just before the bus stand (opp. JnIDBI Staff college). however at the bus stand, the driver is not ready to put a break. he just slows down even while watching the ladies board the moving bus. We are forced to board the bus since the next bus comes after half ann hour. i am talking about Koti bus 216, vehicle no is AP78z 2795, dated 25th May.

Hope my complaint is heard. and some action is taken
