E P F Repayment on superannuation

Iam to inform that Iam Retired from service on 31.07.08 on superannation in the office of A.P, State seed certification Agency, Hyderabad, My E.P.F AC NO is EPFAPHYD1856935, My department has submitted all the information to E.P.F Office for Repayment of my accumulated Amount in the month of AUGUST-08 So far the amiont is not creditted into my account and no information is given regarding fixation of my pension under contrubutary provedent fund scheme,

So please help me in this regard
