MISSPELT OF MY NAME

I have received my PAN NUMBER BDQPS5597C but there is a mistake in my name it is written as MOHD ABDUL MOHAMMEDSHERAZ whereas it should be MOHAMMED ABDUL HASEEB SHERAZ. I request the concerned authorities to change my name in the Card and send me a new PAN CARD at the earliest.
