My prepaid number is 8009547667. at one shop i recharge my mobile with rs.98 and then rs.50. i misspelt my no. as 9008547667. so no balance came to my original no.8009547667. i talk to customer care and got unsattisfactory answer. they told me to go to shopkeeper (demo sim) and dial 345. the money will be reverted to demo sim but 345 only showed balance not the process of reversion of recharge amt. rs.98 rs.50 from misspelt no.9008547667. surprisingly misspelt no.9008547667 is not valid no. kindly take proper steps to solve my problem. demo sim holder is known to me. u can call me on 8009547667 biraj gupta. or mail me at [email protected]
