Activating services itself without intimation and deducting for those from prepaid balance

Couple of weeks back Airtel activated hello tune service itself and deducted for it from my prepaid balance and last week activated

cricket match score service and started charging for it on daily basis. No result of 5 complaints/calls to customer care.
