Unknown deductions while downloading frm internet. Even recharging with Rs.98 unlimited internet

I have the bal. Of Rs. 20 in my acnt on 10-sept. Now I'm having just 0.29 pais. I'm using mobile office for browsing. Whenever I call to customer care I'm not getting good response frm them.
