My mobile number is 8012138066. I had activated 98 Rupees unlimited GPRS PLAN on 7, JUN. It's validity is upto 6, JULY . But I was charged for browsing on 29, JULY. I had registered a complaint in customer care on 29, JULY. My complaint number is R052129046 . I was told that I will be refunded my lost balance within 96 hours. But upto now (5, JULY) I have not received any balance. So please refund my balance as soon as possible.
