NON RECEIPT OF HELLO MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION

DEAR SIR

I AM A SUBSCRIBER OF HELLO MAGAZINE which is issued on monthly basis, my sub no is 26463583. I am supposed to get this on each month basis, for the month of jan 12, I did not get this magazine till 25th jan, which i am suppose to get till 10 th of every month

I CALLED UP on their helpline no 39898090, registered my complaint, was promised magazine in 2 days time which never happened,

there after I have written many mails informing abt non receipt of magazine

there is no response, today it is 16 feb 12, another magazine is also due, i.e .feb issue, but nothing has reached me

THE company is behaving as if all mails are falling on DEAF EARS, NO response, I have also written asking for refund of my money from jan 12 as cancellation of my subscription, even that is not happening

NO MAGAZINE, NO REFUND
