A cheque favouring Bennet Coleman for Rs.299 drawn on ICICI was sent to TOI office towards subscription renewal. It was duly debited on
13th June. Till date I have not received the coupons and have to answer the delivery boy that I have not received it from TOI office yet... ITS
already 2months...
Everyday I need to call TOI Subscription office and after trying 10-15 times of no answer rings, one customer care person will pick up
and say I will get the coupons in 2days/3 days/1week... its already despatched... it was sent to a wrong address and bounced... blah blah
blah...
I need the status and what happened to the coupons. why there is a delay? After having paid the money, why should i cut a sorry figure in front
of the delivery boy every morning???
