It’s a disgrace that we have opted to take your subscription, and I am sorry I am sending you a last mail before I drag you to consumer court.
For we have received you coupons ages Ago, yet not a single news paper has been supplied. The Person who got in touch with us is Mr. Mehul – 9930088284 is the contact detail for Mr. Mehul where as
Mr. Anil B Pawaskar for Charkop, Sector – 9 Plot No – 941, Kandiwali West is supposed to be our news paper vendor, none of the mentioned gentlemen have been in touch, I have been regularly following up with this and have not received a single response from either person, on the contrary I have even tried to get in touch via telephone with the complaint department in Kamla Mills and also on the number that is given on the coupons however in vain, there has again been no response.
Well if this is the way you have decided to respond, please clarify if you would be able to resolve this situation, In no response is received before E.O.D tomorrow – 29-09, I will be forced to take legal action against DNA brand.
This is the mail i have sent to DNA out of the long wait for them to resolve the situation, however i know they will fail to respond once again.
