Awaiting subscirtion coupons from past 20 days now

I had subscribed for DNA on 27/09 thru a stall at Andheri -Chakala- .

I paid cash of Rs. 249/- to the Executive Mr. Sunny (9920224335) & Mr. Ramesh. I also recieved a call for confirmation and verification of the details next day..

However, since then I'm waiting for my coupons to be delivered which said would be delivered within 3-4 days. Its been more than 20 days and I havent yet got the same. I have been trying to reach the executives, but now they have stopped answering my calls and email to are also going unanswered..
