Subject: DNA coupans not received yet..
Hi Sir/Madem,
I have already paid (deducted from my account by you) the ammount of rs 199/- to you in May 11.
Then in the last week of July 11 you have send me the SMS saying that "Thanks for subscribing to DNA, your Booklet Numbr is (3054740)..." and for assistance call on (02243888108). I have waited for almost month but still coupans are not received to me. (In between the period coupans are returned to you by courier as as both of us (me and my wife) are working in a company) Then I call on above mentioned number then they say call to Mr. Amit (9930144818). I have called Mr Amit many times but they always says that I will give you your coupans in next two day, since last 20-25 days.
Now Mr Amits mobile is getting switched off from last two days!
What should I do?
If the coupans will not received me in next 4-5 days, I will planning file a cheat case agains DNA...
Please note that I am existing couster of the DNA. and after fustarating from above scnerio I am suggesting to my friends/relatives that do not go to purchase the DNA they gives us the worst service in the market.
One of my friend has received his News papers coupans (other than DNA) within 15-20 days. (How quick and reliable they are!), also during this time period his news papers people very quickly and in good manner responded with him.
