Subscribed but not issued subscription booklet, for receiving news paper from vendo

I have complaint several times since 4 months against my subscription but no response was taken from DNA news paper

I paid subscription 4 months ago but they have not sent the subscription booklet, so I cannot collect paper from vendor.

many people knowing me are complaining the same problem
