Right from the beginning of my subscription, I have been facing a delay in shipment of my monthly magazine. This continued till April where at least got the linux for you magazine but after that for may, june and july even after continuous complaining i didn't get any proper response for delivering back the copy. For past two months I called them once in two weeks their response was like hell. None of them called back for any updates.
Today again I called back and the customer care lady said she will check and let me know and she didn't come back yet. Today call was the most irresponsible response I got so far. The lady asked me to mail for getting the refund. If they cannot ship properly and they want users to mail for refund then why the hell they take orders. This is a frustrated customer complaining seeking help to either get magazines delivered or I want refund. I mailed my query to them as I usually do, but the only reply I receive is as below but never get my magazine.
