I haven’t been receiving my Femina magazine subscription copies on time. I always have to give follow-up calls to customer service centre to know the status of my copies & after several complaints my magazines get delivered. For Femina’s convenience in delivering these magazines I even changed my delivery address from my residence in Mira Road to my office address in BKC, but I still notice & had to follow-up for both the monthly magazine copies for the month of August.
