We had purchased an 5 in one inflatable sofa with air bed at Gauba, The order no.113487330/Sub order no.4366938, Purchased on 29/11 and we had found damage in the product we recieved, Hence they suggested us to replace the recieved product we had sent this SOFA through TRACKON COURIER AND THE DOC.NO.IS 254372965, Dated 17/12 This has been sent to GAUBA, DELHI, We are unable to get the customer service nor any phone calls to us regarding the replacement of the purchased item, So i request you kindly help us in the committed replacement from you since it is a long time we have sent you the damaged product to your delhi office. We spoke with the courier people [TRACKON -Delhi, Ph: 42448507] they have delivered the product on 22/12 at your office. The customer care [icare] had promised that they will refund the money by 14/5.
