Not rceived the cuppons so far and the subscription was suppose to get started from 1 st december but so far no response

The executive name mr .sandeep vishwakarma having mobile no .9699471276

has came and taken the subscription payment chq no :124366 dt :16/11/09. He told me that the subscription will start from 1 st december, but so far it has not started yet nor his mobile is available.

So pls do the needful.
