I had subscribed to Hindustan TImes News Paper vide "Form No: 744291" for one years dated 22 March. Subscription was in the form of monthly coupons to be given to news paper vendor on monthly basis. I had enquired about the coupons and it has been said by the system that the coupons has been delivered whereas I have not received any kind of oupons and also the receipt is with me only. I had enquired and also called up the customer care on 67764242 but no response from them. The response from customer care was highly irr-responsible and negligent. Initially they said the coupons were despatched to my address directly. But without getting the coupon receipt how can they deliver the receipt. Even then the subscription coupons were not delivered.
Request to give me the name and details of the person who hastaken the coupons. Please send me your receipt copy by mail or else send me the new coupons at earliest to avoid any kind of inconvenience.
Again I request the respected body to kindly interven and help me in this respect.
